Instructions: Osteoarthritis etis, rheumatoid arthritis et encyclicis is used to eliminate pain and inflammation of the spondylitis.
Dimensions and Usage Rules: 100mg 2 times a day.
Warnings and which can not be used: It can not be used for people with Papatic nerves or those with intestinal symptoms. Those who have moderate to severe kidney problems can not be used. It can not be given to those suffering from liver problems. It can not be given in pregnancy if it is not very obligatory. It can not be given to sensitive patients for esclophenacas. Aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines can not be given to those whose asthma increases or severe rhinitis or articularity can be seen.
Side effects: Bad digestion, stomach ache, nausea and diarrhea. Sometimes dizziness can occur. There may be pruritus and rash on the skin. Some disorders of hepatic enzymes can occur. In very rare cases, blood levels of the keratinin can increase.
Reaction with other drugs: lithium, digoxin, diuretics, anti-quagalant and methotrexate.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: It can not be given during pregnancy and during breastfeeding unless it is solely forced.

সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : যাদের পেপটিক আলসার আছে কিংবা যাদের অন্ত্রেরক্তরণের লক্ষণ আছে তাদের ক্ষেত্রে এটা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। যাদের মাঝারী থেকে তীব্র রকমের কিডনী সমস্যা বিদ্যমান তাদের এটা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। যারা যকৃতের তীব্র সমস্যায় ভূগছেন তাদের এটা দেওয়া যাবে না। খুবই বাধ্য না হলে গর্ভাবস্থায় এটা দেওয়া যাবে না। এসিক্লোফেনাকের প্রতি সংবেদনশীল রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে এটা দেওয়া যাবে না। অ্যাসপিরিন কিংবা অন্য কোন নন-স্টেরয়ডাল এন্টি-ইনফ্লামেটরী ওষুধ দেওয়ার ফলে যাদের অ্যাজমা বেড়ে যায় কিংবা তীব্র রাইনাইটিস বা আর্টিকারিয়া দেখা যায় তাদের ক্ষেত্রে এটা দেওয়া যাবে না।
পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : বদ হজম, পেটে ব্যথা, বমি বমি ভাব ও ডায়রিয়া। কখনও কখনও মাথা ঘোরা দেখা দিতে পারে। চামড়ায় প্রুরাইটাস ও ফুসকুড়ি দেখা দিতে পারে। হেপাটিক এনজাইমের কিছু গোলযোগ দেখা দিতে পারে। খুবই কম ক্ষেত্রে রক্তে ক্রিয়াটিনিনের মাত্রা বৃদ্ধি পেতে পারে।
অন্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া : লিথিয়াম, ডিগক্সিন, ডাইইউরেটিক্স, এন্টি-কোয়াগুলান্ট এবং মিথোট্রেক্সেট।
গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার : একান্তই বাধ্য না হলে গর্ভাবস্থায় ও স্তন্যদানকালে এটা দেওয়া যাবে না।
