Instructions: Type II diabetes mellitus.
Dimensions and usage rules: 1/2 tablets (2.5 mg) - 3 tablets. Daily levels are based on the doctor's suggestion and blood glucose levels.
Alert and those cases which can not be used: Those patients with diabetes should not be used in cases of fever, injury, wounds, typhoid, gangrene, diabetic negligence, almost unintended conditions, in which liver and kidneys do not work properly.
Side effect: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, headache, weakness, parasethesia and headache etc. Allergic reactions of skin diseases and various blood diseases such as leucopenia, thrombocytopenia are often recovered.
Response with other drugs: alcohol, psychophosphamide, dicomoral, mono-amino oxidase blockage, phenyl beetzone, propranolal, other beta adrenergic sterilizers.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: Should not be used for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.

সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : যে সমস্ত রোগীদের ডায়াবেটিসের সংগে জ্বর, আঘাত, ক্ষত, টাইফয়েড, গ্যাংগ্রীন, ডায়াবেটিক সংজ্ঞাহীনতা, প্রায় সংজ্ঞাহীন অবস্থায় যাদের লিভার ও কিডনি সুস্থ্য ভাবে কাজ করে না সেই সমস্ত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।
পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : বমি বমি ভাব, বমি, পেটে ব্যথা, মাথা ঘোরা, দুর্বলতা, প্যারাসথেসিয়া এবং মাথা ব্যথা ইত্যাদি দেখা যায়। এলার্জিক বিক্রিয়া জনিত চর্ম রোগ এবং রক্তের বিভিন্ন রোগ যেমন লিউকোপেনিয়া, থ্রম্বোসাইটোপেনিয়া মাঝে মধ্যেই পরিলতি হয়।
অন্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া : এলকোহল, সাইকোফসফ্যামাইড, ডাইকোমারল, মনো অ্যামাইনো অক্সিডেজ প্রতিবন্ধক, ফিনাইল বিউটাজোন, প্রোপ্রানোলল, অন্যান্য বেটা এড্রেনারজিক বন্ধকারী।
গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার : গর্ভাবস্থায় ও স্তন্যদানকারী মায়েদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।
