পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : বমি বমি ভাব, মাথা ব্যথা, আলো সংবেদনশীলতা, মাথাঘোরা এবং ডায়রিয়া।
অন্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া : এন্টাসিড, সুকরালফেট, প্রোবেনেসিড এবং ওয়ারফারিন।
গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার : গর্ভবতী মহিলাদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহারের কোন পর্যাপ্ত এবং সুনিয়ন্ত্রিত তথ্য নেই। বুকের দুধের সাথে লোমেফ্লক্সাসিনের নির্গমণ সম্বন্ধে এখনও কিছু জানা যায়নি।
